Rewires, consumer units & new circuits
Full and partial rewires, consumer unit (fuse board) upgrades with RCBO protection and surge protection, and new circuits for kitchens, extensions, garden rooms, showers and appliances — installed to the current wiring regulations.
First-fix and second-fix electrical work is coordinated with our building programme, so the same team that builds the space wires it and there's no gap between trades.
Lighting, power & EV charging
Interior and exterior lighting design and installation, additional sockets and data points, smart controls, and outdoor power for garden offices and lighting.
We install home and workplace EV chargers with the correct dedicated circuit, earthing arrangement and load management, and register the installation as required.
Testing, EICR & fault-finding
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for homeowners and landlords, periodic testing for commercial premises, PAT testing, and emergency lighting checks.
We trace and fix intermittent faults, tripping circuits, failed sockets and lighting issues, and provide a clear report with any remedial work quoted separately.
A complete service, carefully coordinated.
