Advice, installation and remedial work to meet the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 — backflow protection, correct fittings and materials, and the paperwork your water supplier expects.
Risk assessment & compliance advice
We assess plumbing installations against the water regulations, identify the fluid category risk for each connection, and set out exactly what's needed to bring the system into compliance — from a single kitchen tap to a full commercial fit-out.
You get a clear written report suitable for sharing with your water supplier, landlord or building control.
Backflow prevention & correct fittings
We install the right backflow prevention device for each risk category — double check valves, air gaps, and RPZ valves for higher-risk applications — along with compliant pipework materials, isolation, and labelling.
Common works include boiling-water taps, outside taps, irrigation, commercial catering equipment, dosing systems and dental or medical installations.
Remedial works & notification
Where an installation fails an inspection or a water supplier audit, we carry out the remedial work, retest, and provide the certification needed to close the notice.
For new installations that require it, we handle the advance notification to the water supplier so the work is signed off cleanly.
A complete service, carefully coordinated.
